Opportunities for Vendors/Exhibitors at the 2023 National Transgender Health Summit!
The University of California, San Francisco’s Center of Excellence for Transgender Health (CoE), Center for AIDS Prevention Studies (CAPS), and Alliance Health Project (AHP) are inviting potential vendors and exhibitors to be a part of the 2023 National Transgender Health Summit (2023 NTHS). This biennial event attracts over 900 attendees including medical educators, physicians, behavioral health providers, researchers, allied health professionals, department health and government officials as well as members, leaders and advocates of the trans community,
The 2023 NTHS aims are to increase healthcare and social services provider skills in the provision of optimal HIV prevention, treatment, and care for transgender patients and to provide a professional forum for disseminating best practices, innovative techniques, and cutting-edge research to over 900 providers of transgender health and HIV prevention services.

- Universities and colleges
The exhibit rate for community exhibitors is $1,000. This fee includes use of one exhibit table in the exhibit hall and attendance in the educational hall for 2 representatives. If more exhibit space is desired; you may purchase another exhibit table and pay the additional corresponding exhibit fee. There is a maximum of 2 tables per company. Details regarding set-up and logistics will be sent separately, two weeks before the start of the course.
Commercial $2,500 - Pay Fee by credit card
Exhibit Description for Commercial Exhibitors
Companies whose primary business is producing, marketing, selling, re-selling, or distributing healthcare products used by or on patients.
The exhibit rate for commercial exhibitors is $2,500. This fee includes use of one exhibit table in the exhibit hall and attendance in the educational hall for 2 representatives. If more exhibit space is desired; you may purchase another exhibit table and pay the additional corresponding exhibit fee. There is a maximum of 2 tables per company. Details regarding set-up and logistics will be sent separately, two weeks before the start of the course.
